We pride ourselves on integrity and the quality of our products, and we stand by it.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of your concern. Please Direct Message us at diamondxguard on Instagram or email us at with your concerns or pictures (so we can advise our manufacturing team)

Upon our communication, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete a replacement, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order#).
